Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is SWAT a Church?
No! SWAT is a street outreach tract ministry composed of believers
from different churches who have decided to team up and do the First
Works of the Kingdom of God. We recognize it is always good to go
to church, but it is better and more beneficial to be the church
to reach the many unbelievers that will never come inside the church
building.
2. Do you believe in the local church?
Absolutely! We believe that the local church has a big role in the
Kingdom of God. We recognize the importance of Church in a believers
life. The Kingdom of God and the Church are two different things.
The church is a part of the Kingdom of God. We believe we put too
much emphasis on going and staying around the church. We believe
that we have a responsibility to be hooked up with other believers
in a church organization to grow up and fellowship. But unfortunately,
this is all most believers do. We have to be the church or Gods
ambassadors outside the walls of the church.
3. Do you recruit members away from
church or ministries?
No! We strongly encourage each member to be faithful and committed
to his or her own local church home. SWAT refuses to ask anyone
to leave their church family. SWAT is just an extension to those
believers who want to put to use what their pastor has taught them
in this world covered with Satans darkness.
4. Who can become a member of SWAT?
Anyone who is Born Again. A Christian who has confessed Jesus Christ
as their Lord and Savior. Any Believer who has a passion to witness
and win the lost for Christ at all cost. Any believer from any denomination
who recognizes the Body of Christ is bigger than any one organization.
All races, denominations, genders, ages, and cultures are warmly
welcomed. There is nothing like the power of the Holy Ghost working
in Christians from different walks of life coming together in the
unity of Christ to do the work of the Kingdom of God.
5. Does it cost to join SWAT?
No! There are no membership dues. Membership dues were paid by the
Blood of Jesus at Calvary. The only cost you have is to be sold
out for Christ by taking your cross and following the command of
Jesus to, Go Ye.
6. How is SWAT financed?
Many of our tracts are given away freely to those who want to do
the Lords work but dont have the resources. We sell
gospel tracts and evangelistic material to generate funds to make
more tracts. We sell at low prices and give them away free to those
soulwinners who need help. We dont make much of a profit,
because we strive to keep the price of production and printing low.
As you purchase SWAT material, you are sowing a seed to someone
around the world doing the Lords work. So SWAT is primarily
operated and sustained by the love offerings of our Treasured SWAT
Partners.

7. If I live in Atlanta or am visiting
can I go out with the SWAT TEAM ?
Yes! You are welcome to come out on any Saturday. It would be an
honor to hook up with another anointed believer who is radical enough
to witness on the streets of Atlanta. We humbly ask you to contact
us in advance to properly plan for you. We have material that we

8. Is SWAT a non-profit organization?
Yes! We are a non-profit organization registered with the government
as 501(c) 3. All your gifts are tax-deductible and are eligible
to be filed on your income tax returns. So take full advantage and
sow into this on the edge ministry. God will bless you for supporting
His Kingdom business. We receive no funds for our own personal needs,
so every seed sown is used to advance the Kingdom of God. We recognize
the seed sown into SWAT is precious but the souls we are reaching
are more valuable and worth investing into.
