Freaknik 2000
While many locked themselves inside their homes
and churches, the SWAT TEAM looked upon this sinful event as the
Super Bowl of Soulwinning. The SWAT TEAM went right in the heart
of the Devil’s Unholy Street Block Party by targeting downtown
Atlanta.
The SWAT TEAM wanted to reach out to this rebellious generation.
While many have abandoned the misguided and misbehaving youth of
today, The SWAT TEAM believes that no one is beyond God’s
grace and mercy.
Over 6000 SWAT tracts were sown. Marks were made that will not be
erased, especially in the life of Brother Anthony.
A MARTA Officer tagged team with SWAT and a brother who spoke limited
English was led into a prayer of salvation. The Holy Spirit removed
the language barrier and another soul was birth into the Kingdom
of God.
Due to the combined prayers and actions of concerned clergy and
different members of the body of Christ this once annual event has
been reduced to a mere memory... in 2001, but Gay Pride Day continues...
